2017 SUMMER READING UPDATE

THIS YEAR'S PROGRAM IS AT THE SHARON SPRINGS FREE LIBRARY FROM 9-10 EACH MORNING.

THE REC CENTER ENCOURAGES FAMILIES TO DROP THEIR CHILD OFF ON THEIR DESIGNATED DAY, AND REC STAFF WILL RETURN THEM TO THE REC CENTER.

FAMILIES THAT DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN REC MAY CHOOSE WHICH AGE GROUP THEY FEEL IS BEST FOR THEIR CHILD.

IT IS SET UP BY GRADE COMPLETED

MONDAYS- K/1
TUESDAYS-2ND GRADE
WEDNESDAYS-3RD GRADE
THURSDAYS-4TH GRADE
FRIDAYS-5/6TH GRADE

PRESCHOOL STORY TIME CONTINUES MONDAYS AT 10 AM

ALSO OFFERED: "READING CHALLENGE"  WITH TONYA LAW FROM 12-1 PM ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS. THIS IS A FUN, ENGAGING PROGRAM USING FAIRY TALES AND ACTIVITIES BASED ON THE FAIRY TALE OF THE DAY.

SPECIAL EVENTS- JULY 17TH IS DRY ICE WITH MiSci to explore states of matter, from 12-1 at the Library.

Thursday July 20, (Friday raindate)- there will be no reading programs while the recreation program goes to Minekill State Park for the day.
