If this sounds like you, the Library will be hosting the perfect program, Sharon Strong. A new, part diet and exercise program, part women's peer support group for women age 40 or older, is starting at the Library on Monday and Thursday evenings , from 6:30-7:30, beginning NOVEMBER 27.
